30 Days of Giving and Mindfulness

Despite our lengthy to-do lists and the distracting whirl of holiday events, taking the time to be generous is a key ingredient to happiness. Simply being more aware of the people around you can completely change your everyday experience. Experts in human psychology and science have long touted the connection between giving and happiness. In fact, a recent study by Nature Communications found that there is a biological link between generous behavior and how happy we feel. These acts did not even need to be grand—even the smallest acts contributed to happiness.

With this in mind, we want to help you take part in the joy of the season. Anytime over the next two months, we challenge you to give of yourself for the following 30 days. This challenge has three parts:
